Eann Tang
Founder and CEO
The Founder’s story: Eann Tang is a recent graudate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. However, his practical political experience was largely extracurricular. During his tenure as a college student, Eann founded the Turning Point USA chapter on his campus challenge the prevailing left-leaning climate and to amplify the conservative voices. Through his engagement with Turning Point USA, his involvement in the conservative movement expanded by joining the Leadership Institute and CFACT as their Campus Ambassador at the U of I, helping coordinate efforts among other conservative student organizations. Joining the Leadership Institute introduced him to the Campus Reform— its premier publication exposing biases and abuse in higher education against conservatives. Having previously published an opinion piece with the Chicago Thinkers on his conservative awakening from being a socialist in high school, he became the Illinois Correspondent with the Campus Reform. During the 2024 DNC in Chicago, he appeared on Fox News’ Fox and Friends show on behalf of Campus Reformas, sharing the disillusionment of young people with the current Democratic party.
Unlike most college students who are heavily involved with conservative politics, Eann did not live in America before coming here for college. He grew up in Taiwan with both Taiwanese and American parents and went to American-accredited international schools for most of his life before coming to America for college.
As one of the few Asian Americans who are heavily involved in the conservative politics circle, Eann saw the need for a dedicated grassroot effort for the Asian American community— a group that has overcome challenges and thrived in America through hardwork and strong traditional family values.
